I see our work as an opportunity to be your partner in a journey of self-discovery. I focus on helping you understand the stories that make up your past and present while also attuning to the here-and-now of our relationship. My hope is that, through this work, you may walk toward your future with authenticity and purpose.
I am committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that centers you as a unique, whole person, while recognizing the ways that that our communities and intersectional identities shape our experiences. I welcome the privilege of working with people of all races, ethnicities, cultures, spiritualities, abilities, genders, and orientations. I work with adults 18 years or older, across the lifespan. I am particularly passionate about working with those with diverse cultural backgrounds and personal or family histories of immigration, migration, or displacement.
